Our Story
Think Jam powers the world’s top entertainment properties and brands through digital strategy, creative storytelling, and social innovation. We build and retain digital audiences, creating thriving communities, new revenue opportunities, and pioneering the way fans, creators and IP holders collaborate to create value. At Think Jam, we like to consider ourselves the fans behind the fandoms. We genuinely love what we do – entertain audiences and tell the best stories.
Founded in 2004 by entrepreneur and Harvard Business School alumnus, Daniel Robey, Think Jam is a fast-growing global agency with teams in the UK and USA, harnessing data, award-winning content and smart communications strategy to power more than 5,000 marketing campaigns. Think Jam is an agency at the heart of the ‘Entertainment Age.’
Clients who trust us include Disney, HBO, Viacom, Sony, Warner Bros, Netflix, Unilever Prestige, and Universal Pictures, among many others.
FRANCHISE & FANDOMS
Our experienced team are embedded on some of the largest fandom franchises on the planet, whether it be the wizards, agents, dragons, superheroes, Jedis, vampires… or even talking dogs and bears. You name the moment. The chances are, we were there. Together, we have launched, captivated, surprised, travelled, laughed, cried, and built some of the biggest movie and TV franchise fandoms on the planet, one fan at a time; all powered by thoughtful digital strategy, in-depth insights and best-in-class execution.
Some current franchise accounts include Warner Bros. (Warner Bros Consumer Products), Viacom (Blues Clues, Paw Patrol), BBC Studios (Bluey), and Unilever Prestige (AOR for Storytelling).

CAMPAIGN LAUNCHES
Think Jam connects audiences with entertainment brands, and with brands that want to entertain. We have delivered thousands of entertainment campaigns across the theatrical, home entertainment, television and streaming landscape and gaming.
Our campaign teams are highly creative and nimble, focussed on how to solve complex problems, create the most impact, and execute big creative concepts from publicity, paid and organic social and community engagement, through to influencer activations and content creation.
We love a challenge and love, even more, to hear we’ve solved it.
DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY
As experts in entertainment and the digital landscape, our development team proactively consistently drives ideation, innovation and IP development for clients with problems to solve. Most recently our development team have launched a ground-breaking new global content localization tool and company, ReMake, who already call Unilever, King and Paramount clients, as well as developing new owned IP formats for both TikTok and Snapchat.
Our team keeps one eye on the future, and have been carefully monitoring the shifts and cultural changes around the metaverse and all it’s connected friends. While the space is still relatively new, we see huge potential for growth amongst our high value franchise clients – as well as the risk potential to engage in the wrong areas – and as a result, we have launched a new dedicated consultation service, Jam3.
Whether you’re looking to explore the potentials of NFTs and smart contracts or build new worlds and experiences in the metaverse – we’ve assembled the critical skills, creativity, and acumen to explore the boundless opportunities of web3 to launch your IP into new areas of growth, revenue, and innovation.
Recent projects have included launching a virtual crypto-art gallery, creating an NFT collection for high profile individuals, and consultancy work with a number of entertainment clients on their NFT and metaverse strategies.

MEDIA CREATIVE & PRODUCTION
Over nearly two decades, Think Jam has built up a wealth of experience delivering impactful media campaigns for some of the biggest entertainment entities in the world. Whether it’s creating a domestic campaign, producing a master toolkit or localising for dozens of international markets, our dedicated media team scales up or down to rise to the challenge.
The team works directly with local markets, media buyers, publishers, ad servers and any other third parties, to act as a single point of contact on behalf of our client. As trusted brand guardians Think Jam understands the importance of quality work that’s delivered at speed and in the most cost-effective way.
Notably, we recently completed the creative, production and versioning for all of HBO’s Emmy and Oscar Campaigns. Click here to see some of the great work we have done for clients such as HBO, Netflix and 20th Century Studios.
