Campaign: Carrie Blood Dump – Press Event

Our ‘Carrie Blood Dump’ Press Day supported an standard interview day with director Kimberly Peirce, by facilitating a Prom blood dump reenactment with influential film critics from mainstream entertainment, film and horror outlets, and a few lucky fans.

We filmed each person’s ‘blood dump’ and provided them with the raw footage. Each outlet then used the footage in a unique way, thus ensuring that all of our event coverage was positive towards the film.

In addition we created fan excitement on twitter using the hashtag #CarrieBloodDump asking participating press and fans to tweet their Carrie prom photos – mixing media with fans to turn media into fans.
