Working on behalf of Optimum Releasing (now Studiocanal) for the release of Four Lions our key objective for this release was to limit controversy by positioning the film as a mainstream comedy while fueling ‘water cooler’ conversations and editorial endorsement. Access to Bafta award-winning writer and director Chris Morris was instrumental in maximising his existing fan-base while broadening the film’s appeal to mainstream audiences. The campaign was awarded UK Online Campaign of the Year at the inaugural 2010 Screen Awards.
