How we did it
- Delivered an immersive campaign by creating fully engaging experiences inspired by the dark themes in the film.
- Invited journalists to participate in an isolation tank experience in both Los Angeles and New York; floating in pitch black water tanks, while the film’s eerie soundtrack played in the background.
- Each were encouraged to create editorial features and videos based on their individual experiences.
- Mailed selected press “Cure” kits alongside with the Blu-ray; inspiring journalists to document on their social channels.
- Secured interviews with director Gore Verbinski across horror and entertainment outlets.
