The loveable penguins are back and we were tasked to deliver a host of creative executions in order to bring their unique style of singing and dancing to life in the digital campaign.
We designed and created the European digital advertising media campaign, where the aim was to emphasis the characters, the dance routines and colourful arctic fun with a number of bespoke takeovers designed to create anticipation and impact for this family release.
In addition to the digital advertising campaign we created two outreach virals / games for the global release of Happy Feet Two. Our Ice Sliding game puts users in control of a penguin as it slides across the ice and collects fish against the clock. Loaded with fun special moves which encourage share- and talk-ability this game was delivered globally and included on both the official website and partner websites.
For key European territories we gave users the chance to take part in a Karaoke-style initiative with our Recording Studio competition, where using their webcam consumers could record their version of a well-known song in order to win spectacular prizes.
